A $65 million apartment complex, developed by Confluence Companies is set to break ground this year in Arvada. The complex’s name, Timberline Farms is a nod to the area’s agricultural past and aims to paint a picture of today’s new urbanist residential community. The project plans to open the first units in spring 2018 for an estimated completion in 2019. Timberline Farms will be home to 302 apartments, 12 for-rent, three bedroom duplexes, and on-site parking.
