Castle Rock Approves Confluence Companies' $60 Million Mixed-Use Project

Castle Rock’s Town Council recently unanimously approved a Confluence Companies project to break ground in January 2017.
The $60 million mixed-used Riverwalk project will include 228 apartments, 30,000 square feet of office space, 10,000 square feet of retail, and 328 parking spots.
The development is projected to be fully complete in 2018.
Confluence Companies is passionate about the Castle Rock community and is excited to be involved in bringing a renewed vibrancy to the downtown area. Riverwalk will span two blocks, fronting Wilcox Street on either side of Sellars Creek and bordering Festival Park.
