As part of the town of Castle Rock effort to revitalize their downtown and boost their economy, they’ve turned to Confluence Companies to build project Encore. This project, which will live right next to Town Hall, consists of a seven-story building that includes 124 condominiums, 17,881 sq. ft. for retail, 11,921 sq.ft. of office space and a total of 600 public parking spaces, half of which are covered.
