Jason Madeley

PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT

Jason started his construction career as a laborer, and later an apprentice, working for Alpen Construction and Development on their Auraria Lofts project in 1998. From there he worked as a Carpenter and Framer, eventually growing into a Framing Superintendent Role for a couple of different Residential Framing Contractors, until transitioning into an Assistant Superintendent role for TCR in 2006. Jason has worked as a Project Superintendent on several developments for Confluence Builders since he was hired in 2011. When not on the clock, Jason is an animal lover, avid sports fan, and Uber-nerd, loving all things comic book and video game related, or hitting the trails in a pair of snowshoes or his Jeep.
