Jessica Tovado

COMMUNITY MANAGER, AURUM AND G.W.

Jessica started her career with Confluence Communities in 2018. She has worked on site at several properties in Confluence’s portfolio over the past 4 years, focusing primarily on leasing and new building management. Prior to joining Confluence, Jess worked with Greystar, gaining her initial exposure into property management. Jessica is a Colorado native who received a bachelor’s degree in Recreation, Tourism and Hospitality at The University of Northern Colorado. In her spare time, she enjoys running, hiking, snowboarding, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
