Natalie assists the development, investment, and finance teams with a focus on investor reporting, relations, development, and asset management. Prior to joining Confluence, Natalie worked as a senior analyst on KBRA’s CMBS Surveillance team in NYC. Natalie graduated from Lehigh University with a Bachelor of Science in finance and minors in real estate, entrepreneurship, and international relations.
