As Vice President of Property Management for Confluence Communities Tiffany oversees the operations, staff and overall performance of the management portfolio and is an integral part of executing the companies vision and culture. Prior to joining Confluence she was an essential part of Windsor Property Management’s Denver Region for 10 years. Tiffany has a broad background of experience in the multi family business and is known for her ability to maximize operating performance by engaging and motivating her team members as well as mentoring and training them. Tiffany holds her Colorado Real Estate License and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business.  On the weekend you will usually find her taking in a baseball game where her son is the star player or spending time with her daughter painting their nails. She also loves to work out!
