There’s been more than just the new RTD G-Line cruising into Denver’s Sunnyside neighborhood the past few days. Confluence Companies officially opened their sales center for their up and coming affordably-priced residential and retail development, Zia Sunnyside. Zia will include 434 residential units, with 314 for-rent apartments (25 of which will be income restricted), 120 for-sale condos, on 2.3 acres.
