As Castle Rock Grows, The Old Town Dump Gets A $20 Million Makeover

Located under 30 miles from Downtown Denver, the population of Castle Rock, Colorado has gone from 21,000 to 70,000 since the year 2000 and is again expected to double by the time the town is fully built out.

With this tremendous growth comes opportunities, such as the 65-acre redevelopment of the former landfill, now known as Miller’s Landing. For Confluence, these opportunities come in the form of the nearly-finished Riverwalk Castle Rock and the future development of a 124-unit condo project that will take the place of a former liquor store and two emptied out auto service centers.
